Harnessing 20 years of fundraising and philanthropy expertise as well as her experience as an attorney and lobbyist Kerry-Ann and her team at The Harvest Group maximize the capacity of nonprofits and corporations to impact their communities and the world.
Kerry-Ann was the chief development officer of the high profile $120 million Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Foundation in Washington, DC. In this role she raised $120 million by helping corporate and foundation donors experience the benefit of making philanthropic investments in the seven figures to build the memorial. Kerry-Ann was instrumental in the innovative strategy that crafted the foundation’s success including increasing broad based support and board cultivation.
Prior to her work with the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial in Washington, DC, Kerry-Ann was a director with the United Way, led a national consumer rights programs with the United States Public Interest Group, and led a prestigious legal career.
Kerry-Ann has served on various boards and causes including the being the Vice Chair of the Board of Commissioners of the Alexandria Redevelopment Housing Authority and the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee in Alexandria, Virginia. As an attorney she has helped victims of domestic violence, lower income families, and voter protection.
Kerry-Ann calls the Washington, DC area and New York City home. She spends most of time indulging her five nieces and enjoying the outdoors.
